Strategic analytics counselor and embedded client manager. Jack-of-most methodologies and industries, including healthcare, government, finance, tech, CPG, pharmaceutical, agriculture, international development, and automotive.

Designed primary research to measure impact, understand audiences, and drive media coverage. Owned competitive analyses, media monitoring, and thought leadership to shape strategy and reputation. Organized, managed, and developed teams to meet client needs- anticipated and otherwise.

Projects and roles included:

  • Bridging four client and agency teams as primary point of contact on communication intelligence for a Fortune 500 tech firm. Internal expert on the account’s strategic vision. According to leadership, “[she] does much to keep the incredibly fast-moving and multi-layered [client] in check…guiding clients towards more strategic and effective decisions based on data…which has streamlined a multitude of workstreams on TGI’s largest account.”
  • Interviewing 36 decision-makers to 1) strengthen client’s relationship with stakeholders and 2) refine a cross-industry perspective on digital identification. Unified network’s stance with multi-audience message testing.
  • Identifying key audiences and messaging considerations in an evolving political and trade climate as primary analyst on a 2-year, $200K, multi-phase project for a commodity export board.
  • Programming and field-managing a 37-country, 24-language annual survey as a primary research consultant. Successful data collection drove client visibility with 6,150 owned article/data visualization views and 261 global media citations within two weeks of release.
